I've helped Texas families buy and refinance homes for more than 20 years. I'm a native Texan, and I work from San Antonio with buyers all over the state. My goal is for you to understand your options and feel good about the loan you choose.
How I Work
As a loan officer with NEXA Lending, I can shop more than 300 lenders to find the right fit for you. That matters most when your situation doesn't fit a standard box. I work with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo loans, along with loans for investors and self-employed buyers.
Homes That Need a Little Work
Plenty of homes in Texas need some updating, and that's where I love to help. A renovation loan lets you buy a home and fix it up with one loan. I've used FHA 203(k) and HomeStyle loans to turn "almost perfect" houses into forever homes for my clients.
Active in the Community
I've served as President of the Texas Mortgage Bankers of San Antonio. I've also held board positions with the Hill Country Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors and the Independent Real Estate Professionals of San Antonio, and I've been a member of the San Antonio Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Outside the Office
When I'm not working, you'll find me with my family and our pets. My husband, Jorge, and I love going out to hear live music, and I usually have a good book going.

No. I'm based in San Antonio, and I can help buyers anywhere in Texas.

Yes. A renovation loan lets you roll the cost of repairs into your mortgage, so you can buy the house and fix it up with one loan.
